The Influencer Boxing Blog #1

News and Leaks:

December has been an up and down for the Influencer boxing scene. Announcements for comebacks and events have been all up in the air with still little to no confirmation. Social Knockout 3 has been rumored for December 28th, 2021 by former fighters on the previous SK2 event. Slim has hinted numerous times that he would be the main event for his next fight but hasn't specifically mentioned "Social Knockout 3". A twitter space discussion uncovers a new Influencer Boxing Event, Showstar Boxing. Happy Punch Promotions takes initiative of holding a Instagram page for the latest boxing news with some interesting matchups, and Fousey, co-owner of Happy Punch Promo reveals that they will be having an event in February and says that the paper view buy partnership will be next level. Other fighters hint boxing return, Austin Mcbroom, Landon Mcbroom, and  N&A Productions. Faze Jarvis also might have revealed something interesting about dejis comeback announcement

Deji and AnEsonGib's Return

Hints and teasers of Dejis return were put out a couple days prior to his strange Instagram story and twitter posts, titled: "December 2". On December 1st infamous YouTube Boxer AnEson Gib hinted that he would also be making a boxing announcement on the same day as Deji. This left fans circulating theories. Of the speculations, ones most outstanding were:

• Gib and Slim fighting as the main event on SK3, Deji vs other SK fighters
• Deji and Slim fight as the main event (speculated before Gib hints)
• Gib VS Deji (although was debunked by many fans as it was very unreasonable)
• Gib and Deji fight on a new event against other opponents

Deji came back on December 2nd with a video titled "Redemtion" where he would not say a single word but literally, let the actions speak louder than words. 

AnEson Gib on the other hand had different. On the 2nd of December Gib would announce that their is a contract dispute, and that the announcement was rescheduled for next Friday. Gib then deleted that post and replaced it with a post which only mentioned that the announcement was rescheduled for next Friday. Yesterday fans were waiting for an announcement, but again nothing was announced from Gib's end. Something seems sketchy. 

Social Knockout 3

Social Knocjkout 3 was revealed to be taking place on December 28th via former SK fighter, Tyson to the Fight Lounge via DM's. The same date was also revealed by former fighter Adnan Bin Sultan via Instagram stories. Fighters N&A, Money Kicks and Adam Saleh have also made hints via Instagram stories.

SK usually Announces events less than a month prior to the event, but less that 20 days away fans were left with no announcement. Tyson then mentioned to the Fight Lounge, that the event was rescheduled to March of 2022, which leaves a strange feeling of things not going according to plan. 

Slim Albaher, fighter of the night for both previous Social Knockout events uploaded a video earlier this week reacting to his fight with N&A Productions together. At the end of the video N&A claims that Social Knockouts 3 is coming very soon, Slim was about to go on with it but was suddenly in a change. Slim mentioned that he actually doesn't know, and that their are a lot of things happening, with an uncertain face. 

The rise of Showstar Boxing

Earlier this month Keemstar (Youtuber and co-owner of Happy Punch Promo) revealed that he has been hearing that their will be an influencer boxing event soon in Wembley arena. YT Boxing journalist, Fight Lounge and his twitter space took it upon them selves to do some digging. The twitter space uncovered a website, twitter, and Instagram page for an organization by the name of "Showstar Boxing". The event would be headlined, "UK vs US" and be described as an event that would take place on the 22nd of January, 2022. The major leak started circulating through social media which ultimately lead to the pages to delete their banner and description, which would only lead to more suspicion. As of now the Showstar Twitter page only follows Deji, while the Instagram page follows many Influencer boxers such as Austin Mcbroom, Slim, Gib, Moneykicks, and many more, except Deji. Fans have also been speculating the following:

• Austin Mcbroom vs Gib. Deji Vs Landon
• Austin Mcbroom vs Gib. Deji vs Slim
• Austin Mcbroom Vs Deji, Gib vs Landon
• Gib vs Slim, Austin Mcbroom vs Deji
• Showstar Event will be pushded back, not take place on January 22nd

Happy Punch Promotions

Happy Punch Promo, founded by KeemStar and Fousey, has been hinting bug plans. Fousey stated earlier in November that Happy Punch Promo would be taking very big initiatives that people are not going to expect. The organization also has a Instagram page of which they post the latest Influencer Boxing News. Fousey also announced earlier this week on a livestream that they would be hosting an event in February of 2022, and that they would be partnered with a big organization, high end PPV type organization. 

Other Fighters:

Other Influencers who have hinted or have speculation revolving their comeback include Austin Mcbroom (mentioning to Fight Hub that he will be returning to training camp in the next couple of weeks and have an announcement, also posted a video with him getting a boxing ring in his backyard and mentioning that he will have a comeback.) DDG put out a post with the date in January which leads fans to theorize that he fights on the US vs Uk event by Showstar. Adam Saleh, N&A productions, Faze Jarvis, and Moneykicks put out Instagram stories and videos mentioning that they will fight soon. Slim Albaher says that he will be a main event fight for his next fight.
